Precinct Committeeman Resource
Voter Spectrum is the voter data platform available to Precinct Committeemen through the Maricopa County Republican Committee. It gives you access to Arizona voter registration data so you can build walk lists for your precinct, organize phone outreach, and track voter contacts as you work your neighborhood.
Sign In to Voter Spectrum
If MCRC has already issued your credentials, go straight to the login page. Your credentials are assigned to you personally and are not transferable.
Go to Voter SpectrumAccess is not automatic. You must complete a signed data agreement and be approved by MCRC before you receive login credentials. The three steps below walk you through it. Most PCs are approved within a few days.
Before You Begin
What You Will Need
The agreement is a print-and-sign form. Have the following ready before you start:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your voter registration
- Your Voter ID number
- Your county (Maricopa)
- An email address and phone number where MCRC can reach you
- A way to print, sign, and then scan or photograph the completed form
If you do not know your Voter ID number, you can find it on your voter registration card or by signing in at BeBallotReady.Vote.
Getting Started
MCRC administers this process and may change it. If anything below does not match what you see, the MCRC Voter Spectrum page is the authoritative source and will have the current instructions.
Get the Voter Data Agreement
Download the MCRC Voter Data Agreement, print it, and fill it out completely. You will need to sign and date it, and provide your name, Voter ID, email, and phone number. The form certifies under penalty of perjury that the information you provide is true and correct.

Upload Your Completed Form
Submit your signed agreement through the MCRC portal. Once your application has been processed, MCRC will email you your Voter Spectrum login credentials. Watch for that email, and check your spam folder if you do not see it within a week.

Once your credentials arrive, watch the new user tutorial before your first session. It covers logging in, navigating the platform, and building your first list. Roughly fifteen minutes here will save you a great deal of guesswork later.
Your Obligations Under the Agreement
Arizona voter data is restricted. When you sign the agreement, you take on legal obligations that carry real penalties. Read the full agreement rather than relying on this summary, but these are the terms every PC should know:
Read This Before You Sign
- Political use only. The data may be used only for political or political party activity, a political campaign, an election, revising district boundaries, or other purposes authorized by law.
- No commercial use. You may not use the data to solicit business, sell anything, or obtain names and addresses for resale.
- Do not share your login. Your credentials are for your exclusive personal use. Sharing them violates the agreement.
- Do not pass the data on. You may not transmit voter data to another person without prior authorization from the MCRC Chairman.
- Delete when finished. You agree to delete data from your devices and files once the purpose you obtained it for is complete.
- Accuracy is not guaranteed. MCRC does not warrant the accuracy of the data, and you accept responsibility for unauthorized use or transmission.
Unauthorized release, distribution, or use of voter data outside the purposes allowed by A.R.S. 16-168 is a class 6 felony. Commercial misuse carries additional civil penalties under A.R.S. 39-121.03.
